STRC starts paying its preferred dividend daily on 1 November, and the cash still has to come from somewhere.

Strategy has sold bitcoin this year to fund part of those dividends, and says its dollar pile covers about 3.4 years of them. Daily payouts don't create cash, and the selling just becomes routine.
