What the site is

Discernment AI is a tool for studying crypto markets: charts, indicators, market data, AI-written market notes and a community feed. It is for education and research only.

No financial advice

Nothing on the site is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. AI Brief notes describe the market; they are not forecasts or trade signals. Crypto assets are volatile and you can lose money. Your decisions are your own.

Not a trading platform

The site does not hold funds, place orders or connect to your exchange account.

Data and accuracy

Market data comes from third parties such as Binance and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. News posts are prepared with the help of AI from public sources, which are linked on each post; they can contain errors. We do not guarantee that the site is accurate, complete or always available.

Your account and posts

Keep your password safe; you are responsible for what happens under your account. You keep the rights to what you post and allow us to show it on the site. Do not post anything illegal, abusive, misleading, spam, or anyone's personal data, and do not promote schemes that promise returns. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules. To report a post or comment you believe is illegal, write to support@discernmentai.de with its link and the reason; we review every report.

Purchases and refunds

AI Briefs are sold in packs and paid in cryptocurrency. They are yours as soon as the payment is confirmed: by buying, you ask for them at once, so a brief you have used cannot be withdrawn from. A brief is used when a note is produced; if no note could be produced, the brief is returned to your balance automatically.

Within 14 days of payment you can ask for a refund of briefs you have not used, or of the unused part of a Telegram channel subscription, by writing to support@discernmentai.de with your order number. Refunds are sent in cryptocurrency to an address you give us, less the network fee.

Paid “Ad” placements are shown for the period that was bought.

Fair use

Do not try to break, overload or scrape the site, or get around its limits.

Liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from its use, including trading losses.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply.
