The USDC Treasury minted 250 million USDC on the Solana network on November 4, 2026. The transaction followed a series of four matching issuances that generated 1.0 billion USDC within a 10-minute window. With these additions, the average circulating supply of USDC reached approximately $73.3 billion while the asset held its $1.00 peg across major trading venues.

Circle previously executed five separate 250 million USDC issuances on Solana during October 2026, according to cryptonomist.ch. On November 2, 2026, Circle completed four additional 250 million USDC mints in roughly 10 minutes from the verified treasury contract.

Newly created tokens remain in treasury reserves until distributed into active market circulation. Research cited by cryptonomist.ch noted that the concentrated transactions could indicate preparation for anticipated liquidity demand across Solana trading protocols and lending venues.
