Strategy acquired an additional 1,665 Bitcoin (BTC) for approximately $143 million, according to a report from Cointelegraph on September 28. The purchase lifted the company's total reserves to 847,666 BTC. The acquisition was funded through the sale of 1.47 million MSTR shares for $246.2 million, which were also used to repurchase STRC preferred stock.
