Core PCE increased by 0.2% against expectations of 0.3%, bringing the year-over-year rate to 3% compared to an estimated 3.3%. Following the data release, the 10-year U.S. Treasury yield fell 4.2 basis points to 5.218%, while the 2-year yield dropped 2.1 basis points to 4.868%.
