CIE News ·

Binance Futures launched USDS-margined traditional finance perpetual contracts on October 12, 2026, expanding its derivatives platform to tokenized benchmark products.

Binance Futures announced the addition of multiple traditional finance perpetual contracts margined in USDS on October 12, 2026. The launch expands the exchange's offerings of synthetic and tokenized derivatives linked to equity and macroeconomic benchmarks, allowing users to trade with stablecoin collateral under standard leverage rules.

The development follows broader growth in tokenized equity derivatives and trading activity. According to Cryptopolitan, decentralized exchange trading volume for tokenized stocks reached $48.7 billion over a 12-month period, while equity perpetual contracts across platforms such as Hyperliquid and Lighter totaled approximately $67.8 billion in June alone. Binance previously rolled out bStocks in June 2026 after competitors Kraken, Bybit, and OKX introduced tokenized stocks.
