United States spot Bitcoin (BTC) exchange-traded funds posted $148.7 million in net outflows on September 30, 2026, ending a nine-day run of positive flows according to KuCoin, citing data from Farside Investors. On the same day, spot Ethereum (ETH) ETFs logged $59.6 million in net redemptions.
The single-day Bitcoin outflows were led by Fidelity's Wise Origin Bitcoin Fund (FBTC), which registered $125.6 million in withdrawals, while Bitwise's BITB saw $13.6 million exit the fund. The reversal followed a nine-day accumulation phase that had brought roughly $3.1 billion into spot Bitcoin funds.
