Bybit has secured a full spot trading license from Dubai's VARA, according to Cointelegraph. The exchange must fulfill additional regulatory requirements before launching services.
Crypto exchange Bybit has obtained a full spot trading license from Dubai's Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority, Cointelegraph reported on October 23, 2026. The authorization covers spot trading services within the emirate. Bybit is still required to satisfy additional regulatory conditions before it can officially roll out the offering.
