Aave wants buybacks back. The first question is whose revenue pays for them

Stani Kulechov presented Aavenomics 3.0 in the Q3 livestream: AAVE buybacks, changes to staking, and a burn tied to protocol revenue. The buybacks stopped on 19 April after the rsETH incident, so this is the first real treasury bid since then.

Before any burn, there is an order of payments. The DAO committed 25,000 ETH after the April losses and arranged a credit line of up to 30,000 ETH from Mantle. Earlier, the forum was already arguing about cutting the annual buyback budget from about $50M to $30M.

Not against the buyback. I just want to see which revenue line pays for it, and in what order.
