USDT and USDC lost about $1.8B between 18 and 25 October

ok so. USDT supply went from $183.55B on 18 October → $182.59B at the start of 25 October. USDC from $72.63B → $71.77B. Together that is about $1.8B less in the two biggest stablecoins in seven days.
Supply is not flow, so this says nothing about where it went. It does say the biggest dollar tokens are smaller than they were a week ago.
