Canton Strategic Holdings announced the first trades of its tokenized common stock under the SEC Innovation Exemption, settled on the Canton Network between DRW Cumberland, Flowdesk, and Five North.

Canton Strategic Holdings announced on November 4, 2026, the execution of the first trades of its issuer-sponsored tokenized common stock under the SEC's September 17 Innovation Exemption, PR Newswire reported. The transactions involved shares of Canton Strategic Holdings (CNTN) traded on TSV LLC, a permissioned trading venue operating on the Canton Network.

According to the announcement, the trades settled atomically on-chain via a permissioned automated market maker pool powered by the Tradecraft protocol. Existing shareholder Five North acted as the seller after moving shares onto the company's on-chain register through SEC-registered transfer agent Fairmint TA LLC, while DRW Cumberland acted as the buyer and Flowdesk Liquidity Solutions LLC supplied liquidity.

The venue restricts access to participants with verified identities and wallets that undergo sanctions screening. Canton Strategic Holdings stated that the tokenized shares retain the same rights as common stock trading on Nasdaq.
