$150M of Franklin's fund shares went to one XRP Ledger wallet

ok so. Franklin Templeton moved $150M of sgBENJI onto the XRP Ledger. All of it landed in one wallet, which now holds 193M shares, about $200M.
That wallet and Franklin's issuing account authorize the same eight signers. Any two can approve a transfer. CoinDesk could not tell if it is one investor or several clients.
The issuer can also freeze or recover the tokens, so Franklin keeps the last word on them.
